Privacy & early access

TidyGather is testing a service that connects customers and independent cleaners. A request does not confirm an appointment, price, or cleaner availability. Cleaner applications do not create employment or guarantee work. Cleaner screening, background checks, insurance verification, bookings, and payments are not offered in this test.

Your information: We collect your account email, name, customer or cleaner account choice, city, state, ZIP code, service choice, optional preferred date, and the details you submit. Do not include government identification, payment details, door codes, or other sensitive information.

How it is used: Your profile and submissions are private to you and authorized TidyGather administrators for managing early-access interest. Submissions do not publish a public profile. Customer details are not automatically shared with cleaners.

Providers: This version uses Supabase for account authentication and database storage, Cloudflare for website hosting, and an email delivery provider when verification and password-reset emails are configured. Passwords are handled by Supabase Auth. Your signed-in session is stored in this browser until you log out or the session expires. No advertising or analytics trackers have been added.

Your choices: Remove individual submissions from My activity. For account deletion or other privacy requests, email hellotidygather@gmail.com. We retain account and submission information while needed for early access or until a deletion request is fulfilled, subject to applicable obligations and provider backup retention.

This test is for adults 18 and older. Registration is still being configured. We will test confirmation emails, password reset, account access, and deletion before public launch.
